This is my last post
In English.
After a long period of hesitation, I have finally started a separate blog in English. The rationale for a separate blog in English is described in the first post at my new blog.
Since I am the least geeky biblioblogger around, I have not made the effort to transfer all English posts from this blog to the new blog and installed proper redirects. No. My previous posts in English will remain on this. Thus my brand new English blog will be starting from scratch and will need some time to grow and gain some impact.
So my dear readers, check the bearings for information in English on library 2.0 developments and library innovation in the Netherlands, reviews of databases or scientometrics go over to wowter.net and subscribe to the new feed.

Een interessante keuze Wouter! Ik ben benieuwd naar je nieuwe bevindingen.
Ik heb ook wel eens overwogen om ook nog een engels blog te starten maar zie er vanwege tijdgebrek voorlopig toch maar vanaf.
Veel succes hoe dan ook. Nieuwe wegen zijn altijd leuk!

Ik hoop dat het gaat lukken. Ik probeer met dutchlibraries.web-log.nl de openbare bibliotheken een beetje voor het voetlicht te krijgen.Het gebruik is matig. Voor de VOB doe ik ook pogingen om in het engels het nederlandse nieuws te melden, maar ook dat valt niet altijd mee. Kortom, ik weet uit ervaring dat het moeilijk is, maar ik vind het een prima initiatief en ik wens je veel succes.

En het is best te doen zonder al te schizofreen te worden ;-).
Alleen zul je er niet aan ontkomen sommige zaken tweemaal aan de orde te stellen, of in elk geval even te dubben wat je waar zegt!
En omdat het accent, en een deel van het publiek, toch anders ligt, geeft dat ook niet... :-)
